TANDBERG's Annual General Meeting, 17 April 2008, authorized buyback of up to 9.7% of total shares (11,000,000 shares) until the Annual General Meeting in 2009, but in no event longer than 30 June 2009. The intention is to use the shares in connection with incentive schemes for employees, acquisitions or to cancel the shares through a capital reduction.
Buyback transactions under this program will be disclosed to the Oslo Stock Exchange and are listed in the table below.
